Introduction Tour
Discover the enchanting igapó landscapes, showcasing the grandeur of the river and its shores. You may spot birds, iguanas, and, with a bit of luck, the river dolphins that inhabit the area.
Canoeing through the Igapós
Paddle through the flooded forest, where the sounds of nature surround you. This serene activity invites you to relax and admire the submerged trees as your canoe glides along.
Traditional Fishing
Experience traditional Amazonian fishing techniques, focusing on observing red, white, and yellow piranhas, as well as small and medium-sized fish like aracus, sardines, and tucunarés. This is an authentic and exciting activity.
Encounter with the River Dolphins
Feel the thrill of observing pink river dolphins and tucuxis (gray dolphins) playing in the water. On special occasions, you may even swim a short distance from these curious creatures.
Meeting of the Waters in Manacapuru
Witness the beautiful confluence of the Manacapuru and Solimões rivers, reminiscent of the famous Meeting of the Waters in Manaus, but on a more intimate scale. Visit the port of Manacapuru, its floating houses, and catch a glimpse of riverside life.
Wine and Cheese at Sunset
Watch the sunset from the middle of the river while enjoying a wine of your choice. This unforgettable moment is the perfect way to end the day. (Not included in the 2-night/3-day package.)
Search for the Giants of the Rivers – Victoria Amazonica
Glide through the waters to spot the majestic Victoria Amazonica, with its imposing leaves and flowers that bloom at dusk. While their appearance depends on the natural cycle, this tour offers a glimpse of the Amazon’s fleeting and enchanting aquatic plants. (Not guaranteed from March to July.)
Visit to the Brazilian Baobab Island (Mungubeira)
Explore the Brazilian Baobab Island, home to the impressive Pachira aquatica, an Amazonian tree with exposed roots and robust trunks. This adventure allows you to admire a unique vegetation that enhances the forest’s biodiversity. (Not guaranteed from February to August, depending on the river level.)
Night Tour for Caiman Spotting
Join a nighttime tour where we shine lights to spot caimans. This thrilling and immersive activity unveils the mysteries of the forest after dark. (Not included in the 2-night/3-day package.)
